Cocktails, Canapes, Foraging & Make-your-own-Gin.

Celebrating the start of Spring, we will meet at the Flower Farm at 2pm on Saturday March 1st, where you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail from Silver Circle Distillery's brilliant range of spirits, made using wild ingredients, accompanied by delicious wild canapes featuring the flower farm's homemade preserves.

We will then embark on a forage around the idyllic farm with beautiful views, and along the surrounding hedgerows, gathering wild botanicals we encounter along the way which lend themselves to tasty gin infusions. To see more on what our foraging includes go to Gourmet Gatherings.

I will also be bringing along supplemental foraged ingredients from other habitats, to increase the flavour options available to you and Silver Circle will have a variety of spices and other botanicals for you to choose from.

In the Flower Farm's lovely workshop barn, or outdoors if the weather is sunny and warm, Silver Circle will then talk us through the process of their gin-making and the practice of infusing. We will advise you as you select which ingredients you'd like to use to infuse and flavour of your unique 350ml bottle of gin for you to take home and enjoy! With our combined experience, we will guide you on suitable ratios and flavour combinations to ensure your gin turns out to be excellent!

As we get concocting, I'll be serving more wild nibbles to keep you fueled up, and Silver Circle will offer further tasters of their range for you to try alongside.

At the end of the workshop you will have the opportunity to purchase any Silver Circle products you enjoyed, along with gorgeous cut flowers from the farm, jars of their honey, jams, preserves, handmade crafts and other loveliness!

We look forward to hosting you for a fun, floral, foraged and delicious afternoon!
